In the app, open Me → Delete my account and confirm the deletion.
You can also request deletion by emailing [email protected] with the subject Delete my Prized account. We will help identify your anonymous Quest account and confirm when the request is complete. Do not send passwords or private conversations.
Deleting an account removes its record and benchmark result files. Identifiers in retained points and draw records are replaced with a one-way code so completed draws remain auditable. De-identified aggregate metrics may be retained. See the privacy policy for retention details.
Conversations and downloaded models remain on your phone until you remove them or delete the app.

Open Me in the app and turn off Usage counts to stop PostHog usage analytics and crash reporting.
