OfflineGPT is made by Xybrid, Inc., 251 Little Falls Drive, Wilmington, DE 19808, United States. Questions about these terms go to [email protected].
These terms cover your use of OfflineGPT and the services Xybrid provides for it. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the app and its services.
OfflineGPT is not intended for children under 13. If you are below the age of majority where you live, use it with a parent or legal guardian's permission. Prize draws have their own stricter age and residence rules; using the app does not mean you are eligible to enter a draw.
The app runs AI models on your phone. Models may need downloading first; downloads, Quests and BenchX sessions need an internet connection. Your provider's usual data charges may apply.
The app is licensed to you under the terms of the store where you obtained it. For an App Store download, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement applies. These terms cover our features and services alongside that licence. Separate licences for open-source software and AI models also apply; these terms do not take away rights those licences give you.
An AI answer can be wrong, incomplete, misleading or inappropriate, even when it sounds confident. Check it before relying on it or sharing it. Answers are not professional medical, legal, financial or other advice, and the app is not an emergency service.
You are responsible for how you use an answer. Do not use the app to make decisions where an error could put someone's health or safety at risk. We do not promise that an answer is accurate, unique, or free of someone else's intellectual property rights.
You keep whatever rights you have in what you type, say, show or attach. Only use content you have the right to use. These terms give Xybrid no ownership of your conversations.
Your conversations and AI answers are processed on your phone; we do not receive them. Quests, BenchX sessions, model downloads and usage counts involve network services. Our Privacy Policies explains what those services receive, including usage events and approximate location, how long data is kept, and how to ask for a copy or deletion.
The app creates an anonymous account for Quests. Your points, completions and draw entries belong to that account. There is currently no email or password sign-in, or account-transfer feature. If you lose the account's credentials on your phone, you may lose access to those records.
Deleting your conversation history or removing the app does not itself request deletion of your server account. For account data or deletion, write to [email protected] as described in the privacy policy.
A Quest runs a benchmark on fixed test content. The server checks its result and awards the points the Quest offers for an accepted run. A faster phone does not earn more points for the same valid run. A result that cannot be verified may earn no points or entries.
